Day 6

Yoga X - Still no weight loss this morning - I think my body is in shock.  I am so sore and stiff.  I do notice that I am already so much stronger and can do more push ups.  Everything is much firmer too.  I skipped the ab ripper.  My abs are still so sore from the other workouts I had a hard time with some of the yoga poses.

  1. As much as we LOVE to see the weight loss there is great joy in being stronger and feeling more firm! Yay! What a great way to bring in summer!
